Start
​
Take the path behind the village up through forestry on good Hill Track for half mile where you take the right hand junction into Glen Guiserin.
Bealach
​
Cross the river climbing the grassy slopes of Coire Garbh.
Ridge
​
At the Bealach follow the ridge up to Ladhar Bheinn summit without difficullty.
Munro
​
The actual high point is the second summit of the ridge at 3264 feet your fourth Munro.
Descent
​
A short series of steps lead down to Bealach Dhorrcail.
Barrisdale
​
Descend into Coirre Dhorrcail. The first part is quite steep . At some ruined Sheilings a good hill path leads to the main Spine Trail at Barrisdale
