Follow Forest Track emerging at Loch Ailsh.

Take estate road towards Ben More Lodge

Salmon River



​The Oykel is one of the worlds great Salmon Rivers.

Follow river bank on good hill path past several 'stances' to a path into the Forest at Salachy

Lodge



Pass close to the private Ben More Lodge watching out for dangerous Dogs! Good Track turns to Hill path as you head up the Glen

Glen


At 11 miles the Hill path runs out. Make your way towards the obvious Beallach crossing a series of small rivers CAUTION.

Beallach


A steep climb up grassy glacial slopes leads to a good Hill Path at the Beallach between Conival and Breabeg at 16 miles.

Caves


The landscape changes with the geology here. Moving onto Limestone allows the creation of some of the UK's biggest active cave systems.

Inchnadamph


 

Follow a good hill path down Glen Dubh all the way to Inchnadamph
